My Projects
Here are some of the projects I've worked on.
This weather forecast web app displays real-time weather data for any city using the OpenWeatherMap API. Built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, it features live temperature, humidity, wind, and pressure updates. The UI is styled with custom CSS and uses Font Awesome for icons. No external frameworks were used—just vanilla JS and API integration.
Developed a Python-based terminal game “Noughts and Crosses”, implementing game logic, user interaction, and leaderboard features. Utilized built-in modules like random, json, and os for game mechanics and persistent score storage. Followed modular design principles without external frameworks.
Designed a 3D virtual tour game “A Walk Through the Cultural Capital of Nepal” in Unity, recreating Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Utilized models from 3D Warehouse, refined assets using Blender, and implemented player movement and interactions using C# scripts. Focused on cultural realism and immersive user experience.
Developed a Java-based banking system featuring customer account management, deposit/withdrawal functions, and inter-account transfers using OOP principles. Extended functionality by integrating CSV file input to auto-load account data. Designed a Java Swing GUI for user interaction with buttons and text fields. Utilized Java Collections, File I/O, and event-driven programming. Built entirely using core Java libraries without external frameworks.
Developed a Java-based PUBG Mobile Esports Quiz Application featuring quiz gameplay, score tracking, and an admin panel for question management. Utilized Java Swing for the GUI and MySQL (via JDBC) for data storage and retrieval. Followed Object-Oriented Programming principles and the Waterfall model for development. Built entirely with core Java libraries, without external frameworks.
Splitix is a mobile app designed to simplify group expense splitting, making it easy for users to track shared costs and settle balances. The project focuses on enhancing usability and accessibility for a smooth user experience. The design was created using Figma, and the prototype was tested through user feedback via Google Forms. The development process followed key HCI principles to ensure an intuitive and user-friendly interface.
Developed a movie review web application using HTML, JavaScript, and Google Firebase (Firestore) for real-time data storage and retrieval. Implemented full CRUD operations with dynamic UI updates and sorting features by title, rating, director, and release date. Utilized Firebase SDK for seamless backend integration. Designed an intuitive interface allowing users to add, edit, and delete reviews directly from the browser.
Worked as a UI/UX Intern for the Herald Development Platform, designing the Herald Recruitment Portal. Focused on creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for both applicants and recruiters. Developed wireframes and interactive prototypes to optimize user flows.
Worked as a Business Analyst for the Car Rental System project. Actively involved in gathering and analyzing business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders to understand system needs. Created detailed documentation and user stories, and conducted thorough manual testing to ensure the website’s functionality, usability, and performance aligned with project goals.
